Notice on Adjusting the Prices of Immune, Anti-tumor and Blood System Drugs and Related Issues

The development and reform commissions and price bureaus of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government: In accordance with the "Drug Government Pricing Measures" and relevant policies and regulations, on the basis of cost and price surveys, expert reviews, and listening to the opinions of relevant parties, our committee decided to adjust the maximum retail prices of drugs such as breathing, antipyretic analgesia and Junior College special drugs. The relevant issues are hereby notified as follows: 1. the adjusted price, the separately priced drugs shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the "separately priced drugs maximum retail price limit" (Annex 1); the unified pricing drugs shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the "unified pricing drugs maximum retail price limit" (Annex 2). For the specifications not listed in Annex 1, and the dosage forms and specifications not listed in Annex 2, the price authorities of each province (region, city) shall, in accordance with the "Drug Price Difference Rules", formulate and publish the maximum retail limit for implementation in their administrative regions Price. Any discrepancy with the provisions of this notice shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of this notice.
