This training is divided into two parts: theoretical knowledge and post practical training. In the morning, the employees will conduct theoretical knowledge training on safety production and job responsibilities in the training room. In the afternoon, the squad leaders of each post will conduct equipment practical training for the employees of their teams and groups to explain the regular problems and operation skills encountered in the production process at ordinary times, so as to improve the operation proficiency of the employees and ensure safe production.
