Recently, the preparation workshop of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Factory has completed the transformation of the cooling mechanism of air conditioning units and the recovery and utilization of concentrated water from purified water in water stations, greatly reducing the cost of electricity and water.

The cooling mechanism of the air conditioning unit is reformed by adding a pipeline to connect the cooling tower with the cooling unit, and the cooling water of the cooling tower is introduced into the cooling system of the air conditioning unit to cool the air conditioning system. The original air-conditioning unit uses the refrigeration unit to produce chilled water for cooling, which costs a lot of electricity. After the transformation, cooling water is introduced to directly cool down, and the temperature of the clean area is controlled at about 21 ℃. During the production period, electricity can be saved by nearly 1400 kW hours a day, which greatly reduces the cost of electricity for production.

The concentrated water recycling of purified water is recycled by adding two concentrated water storage tanks, and the concentrated water is pumped into the cooling tower to replace the supply of tap water to the cooling tower. According to statistics, about 10 tons of tap water were required to be supplemented to the cooling tower every day during the original production period. After the renovation, all of them can be replaced by recycled concentrated water, thus greatly reducing the cost of water use.
