The artificial bezoar technical transformation project is to use the existing workshop structure, public works and operators of the Qiubin plant to achieve an annual output of 100 by adding production equipment such as double cone rotary vacuum drying, horizontal ball mill pulverization unit, hopper and hoist, closed sieve system, etc., and upgrading some public systems.Production capacity of tons of artificial bezoar. After the project was determined to be implemented at the beginning of the year, Qiubin Factory transferred technicians to set up a project team to contact the design unit and formulate a construction schedule. In April, the civil engineering construction and equipment selection and procurement began. The civil engineering was basically completed in May, and the installation and commissioning of equipment and facilities were completed by the end of July, with trial production conditions.

After the completion of the project, the Akohama plant in 8Trial production was carried out at the beginning of the month, and the trial production of 3 batches of verified products was successfully completed. The quality of the trial production products was all qualified. At the end of August, the inspection stage of product stability period began. During this period, the software work such as the preparation of relevant documents and the formulation of rules and regulations for the technological transformation project was also carried out simultaneously. It is planned to complete the preparation of GMP certification related materials and submit the application in December.

Yi Shengrong, director of Qiubin Factory, said that the technical transformation project was tight in time and heavy in tasks. After the project started, the project team actively communicated and coordinated with the construction teams, improving while transforming, so that the work of all links could be closely linked, the project progress was pushed forward strictly according to the plan, and overtime work ensured the completion of the transformation on schedule.
