    It has been seven years since graduation to joining the peak family. Here I would like to share with you some of my experiences and ideas in these years of work.

    I just entered the company the first job is the workshop equipment manager. At that time, I was unfamiliar with the equipment and its principles in the workshop. During the inspection and maintenance, although some of them had been learned in textbooks, I found that I could not start in actual operation. Fortunately, with the help of the teachers, I could gradually get started. Reading thousands of books is not as good as traveling thousands of miles, and reading books ten times is not as good as doing it once, which is my real feeling in the early days of my employment.

    The company is preparing to build a new project in Anhui. At the time of employing people, the leader came to me. I think this is a good opportunity to learn. I thought my parents would disagree, but after a moment of silence, their words reassured me,"Go when you have the chance. Since the company has chosen to believe you, you will do well". So ignorant I embarked on a new journey to work in Anhui.

    When I first arrived in Xinbeika, the unfamiliar atmosphere, unfamiliar environment, and work that I had never been in contact with, it was inevitable that I was a little uncomfortable at first, and even a little resistant, but I persisted. To adapt to the new job as soon as possible, we must improve our ability. During the preparation of the project, the drawings and materials of the design institute were my daily food, and the working platform gradually given by the leaders. With my previous work experience, I gradually adapted to the new job. Starting from the study of small technological transformation projects one by one, and finally being responsible for completing the installation of a workshop project independently. The experience along the way reminds me of the motto of our building.-- "Work is practice", I have a deep understanding of this. As young people, sometimes when facing different working environments and problems, we must learn to practice ourselves, actively adapt to the environment, find our own position, keep our feet on the ground, and improve ourselves through learning. The new generation of us should also have a heart of gratitude. The company has trained us, and we should contribute to the development of the company. We cannot identify ourselves as "workers", because I think the definition of "workers" refers to a group of people who work mechanically and have no thoughts. We should learn to think, think about how to make our work fast and efficient, and how to make our work bring benefits to the company.
